Summary

A homeowner in Costa Mesa wanted a new garage door opener that offered more convenience and safety than their old unit. Their previous opener struggled with reliability and lacked updated features.

The Work

Installed LiftMaster 2420L-7 chain-drive opener with integrated camera, battery backup, WiFi, and safety sensors
Set up wireless keypad for secure, easy access
Performed a full lube, tune, and adjustment on the garage door and opener
Removed and disposed of the old opener

The Outcome

The garage door now opens smoothly and quietly, with added security and smart features. The homeowner can control and monitor their garage from anywhere, making daily routines easier. The wireless keypad brings extra flexibility for family members.
